non-refundable. Please ensure that you review your shopping cart
selection before proceeding to complete the purchase.
Goods purchased through our partner retail outlets are subject to the individual retail outlets’ terms and conditions.
For international purchasers:
It is your responsibility to check with your country’s customs agency if skincare products can be imported into your country for personal use before making any purchase.
If customs refuse entry for the shipment due to NO FAULT on our part, NO refunds will be given.
If during customs inspection the products are damaged in some form or other, this is out of our control, NO refunds will be given.
Purchases through affiliated online stores:
If the bottles’ pumps are unable to function properly, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of purchase and you will receive a replacement of the same item at no extra charge. Product return shipping cost to be borne by the customer. The serum must be at least half-full and returned in the original packaging.
Only purchases from our affiliated online stores qualify for this return policy. Please include the purchase invoice when contacting us about product returns so that we may attend to you as quickly as possible. We will ship the replacement item as listed in the invoice free of charge to the address listed in the original invoice.
